1. Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required for all return requests.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it thoroughly. We will notify you via email upon receipt of the returned item and inform you of the status of your refund after the inspection is complete. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount issued to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods such as fresh flowers and plants, as well as any personalized or custom-made products. Sale items and final clearance purchases are also typically not eligible for a return or exchange.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at flowersbyv@gmail.com. You will be required to send the original item to the return address provided by our customer service team.

7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you. If you received a gift and wish to return it, please note that the original purchaser will be notified of the return processing.
